1. First, remove the outer casing of the guide rail; several screws may need to be unscrewed.


2. Use a wrench or hex key to disassemble the non-magnetic clamping mechanism of the guide rail, preparing it for removal.

 

3. If any fasteners or tools are currently attached to the guide rail, remove them first.

 

4. Use specialized traction fasteners to guide the rail into a fully disengaged state.

 

5. After detaching the bottom-mounted rail, use specialized traction fasteners to guide it into a fully disengaged state.

 

6. Remove the bearings and pulleys, proceeding with extreme care to avoid damaging the guide rail.

 

7. Place the disassembled guide rail on a flat surface and use a steel ruler to measure its dimensions, including width, length, and thickness.

 

8. Place the rail in a cleaning machine to clean its surface, restoring it to a condition suitable for continuous operation.

 

9. Once reassembly is complete, it is recommended to reinstall the outer casing.

 

10. Secure the guide rail in place-either to a wall or to a mounting shim-to finalize the installation process.
