We use high-strength steel. Its yield strength is much higher than normal steel. Thickness is 5.0 mm, but we can change it for your needs. All welds use CO2 gas shielding. Welds are strong. We test every weld with ultrasonic flaw detection. No false welds or holes. Surface finish can be hot-dip galvanizing or epoxy powder coating. Hot-dip galvanized type passes salt spray test for over 500 hours. The shape is triangular for good force distribution. We add extra ribs at key points. One load-bearing bracket holds 200 to 500 kg (depending on size). The front has many oval mounting holes. Hole spacing is 25 mm. You can adjust up to 15 mm vertically. Lengths range from 200 to 600 mm. Each set includes grade 8.8 high-strength bolts.
