Clothes Rack with Lights

We design the Clothes rack with lights for high-end closets and showrooms. It combines linear lighting with a hanging rod. The light comes out from the bottom or side of the rod. You see the light but not the LED strip. Many luxury custom closet projects use this product. We have a 15-person R&D team at our factory. The body of this product uses 6063-T5 aluminum. It has a rectangular or D-shaped section. Wall thickness is 1.5 mm. Inside, there is a slot for the LED strip. The strip sits fully inside the rod. No wires are exposed. We use 2835 or COB high-CRI LED chips. The color rendering index (Ra) is above 90. You can choose 3000K, 4000K, or 6000K color temperature. The light is even with no visible dots. The rod surface is anodized with hardness above 10HW. The power supply uses DC12V or DC24V low voltage. It comes with a 1.5-meter hidden power cord. Length is custom from 300 mm to 3000 mm.

The light angle is 120 degrees with a bias design. It shines on the front of the clothes. It does not shine into your eyes. Even with the lighting feature, this Clothes rack with lights still holds a strong load. Static load capacity is over 50 kg at 800 mm span. The light does not hurt the rod strength. You can add a door sensor or motion sensor switch. Then the light turns on when you open the door. It turns off after a delay. We support OEM and ODM for this product. Send us your drawings.
